Pilates one to one for practitioners

The nature of work for most consultants and practitioners results in neck, shoulder and back pain. At the same time there is little time to exercise. I can tailor a Pilates exercise programme to your specific needs and wishes at your own practice. Pilates exercises can be done in a relatively small place, using just a mat and some small equipment and still you will get the full benefits. With Pilates exercises what it's important is the quality of the movement.

Pilates Corporate Group Classes.

If you have a board or meeting room group, classes with colleagues and other staff can run. I recommend a six week course with up to 6 participants for beginners level. Up to 10 participants for intermediate level.

Physical exercises such as Pilates can help to motivate employees to lead healthier life style and is an excellent enhancement to their everyday wellness, especially in the workplace.
